Fun

We have a lot of fun in our house. I sometimes wonder if other people do too. This past weekend we have camped in the rain, taken an hour instead of 10 minutes to get the boat our of the carport and bogged the car on the beach. In all of this we could still laugh at ourselves and the situation.

I know couples that would not have been speaking as a result of one of these situations, let alone all three of them.

Some people are so keen on seeing the negativity of situations that they fail to see the funny side and so they miss too many good belly laughs and lots of fun.

We went fishing and did not catch any fish but we still enjoyed ourselves. We can appreciate the beauty of the water in the early morning or the late evening and the thrill of the chase is a much fun as the catching of fish.

I look forward to every day and approach as many tasks as possible with a view to enjoying them. Of course I have grumpy days and times when I become frustrated or annoyed with people and things but in the main I enjoy myself.
