First new trick

How exciting is this?? I remember the first time I sent an email to a workmate. I then rang her to see if it got there because I did not quite trust this new technology. I was a bit like the furniture store owner I tried to sell radio advertising to in the 80s. One of my lines was "everyone listens to the radio in their car, it is a great way to get your message across". His response was a laconic; "I had a car with a radio in the 40s, it never really worked properly." That was the end of the conversation and no sale was made.

Well that has been me today while my son Stef and his partner Eileen have helped me set up my blog. Getting connected to wireless was a real revelation, now I am writing stuff for the whole world to read ( if they are bored out of their tiny minds). HOW COOL IS THAT!! (I trust I am a tad more adventurous than the furniture store owner....
